Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for adult clients in need of PRN support during afternoon hours (12:30–5:30 PM or 1:30–5:30 PM). Administer medications, perform tracheostomy care, manage ventilators, and deliver tube feedings while monitoring findings and reporting to the care team. Maintain client orders, document changes in medical records, and collaborate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare providers. Ensure personal safety and compliance with state Nurse Practice Act, Agency policies, and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an RN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
