Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for adult clients in afternoon hours (12p-530p or 1p-530p) under medical practitioner orders. Administer medications, perform tracheostomy care, manage ventilators, and deliver tube feedings while monitoring findings and reporting changes. Maintain client orders in medical records, collaborate with the care team, and promote a safe environment. Ensure all duties comply with state Nurse Practice Act, Agency policies, and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
- Adult aged client in need of a PRN private duty nurse, afternoon hours 12p-530p or 1p-530p
