Job Summary
PRN Pre-Operative/PACU Registered Nurse负责在麻醉前/麻醉后阶段为成人患者提供专科护理。职责包括解释与安抚患者、执行围手术期评估、监测生命体征、疼痛评估与镇痛管理、遵循安全与合规要求、在手术前准备清单及记录文书工作、将信息有效传达给团队成员与家属,并在转诊时向医生汇报异常结果。需具备护理教育与沟通能力,能教育患者及家属疼痛管理、注意事项及护理计划。要求具备护士执照(RN)、BLS并保持认证,ACLS在入职90天内取得并持续维持。
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Maintain current State RN licensure
- Current BLS and must maintain BLS certification
- Current ACLS or must obtain within 90 days of employment, then must maintain ACLS certification
