Job Summary
PRN Physician opportunity with Marathon Health in the Baltimore metro area. Provides full-spectrum primary care to adults and children across Marathon Health’s network of health centers, with emphasis on preventive, occupational, musculoskeletal, mental health, and pharmacy services. Eligible candidates are MD or DO, board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, with an active state license and CPR/BLS certification at start. The role offers a smaller patient panel, longer visit times (20–60 minutes), and a team-based, collaborative environment focused on high-quality care. Virtual primary care options are available, and Marathon Health supports equitable access to care. Comprehensive benefits are available for PT status, and compensation is hourly ($125.00–$144.00/hr) with total rewards including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, CME support, paid time off, and parental leave. Locations include MD-Hanover, MD-Nottingham, and MD-Edgemere with in-person duties in each location.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active state license required; DEA preferred
- Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
