Job Summary
Coordinate patient care for hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. Work with the physician medical director and Center Director to deliver proprietary treatment protocols in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment. Train Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks, then float between Indianapolis, Greenwood, and Carmel on a PRN basis. Provide clinical services while maintaining excellent rapport with patients and explaining technical health issues in layman's terms.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions
- Current DEA license
- Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours
