Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Wildwood Healthcare Center. Provide patient-centered physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence, verify patient information, review medical history, and implement the treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with the PT and care team. Opportunity to work across multiple centers within the CommuniCare family, supporting residents across post-acute care settings. Requires PTA degree and active or pending license; in-house team member with a focus on quality of life and continued professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License
