Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist opportunity providing skilled physical therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, creating discharge plans, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), contributing to case management, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering positive interactions with patients and center staff. Works with senior residents across local ASC facilities; collaborative environment with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy emphasizes compassionate, accountable, relational, and excellent care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- availability for PRN/part-time shifts
