Job Summary
Assess patients, review physician referrals and medical records to determine treatment requirements, and develop comprehensive plans of care with specific goals. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, implement physical therapy treatments, and document findings, progress, and instructions for patients, caregivers, and insurance companies. Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians while ensuring timely completion of daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries. Requires a Minnesota license, CPR certification, and a CAPTE-accredited degree, with preference for outpatient orthopedic experience. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $32.00 to $38.00, plus incentive compensation and discretionary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- 1+ years of experience
- Current state of Minnesota license
- CPR certification
