Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist provides PT evaluations, develops plans of care, and conducts physical therapy procedures to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and support discharge planning in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team, participates in team meetings, trains staff and students, and documents patient progress. Applies evidence-based guidelines and state/organizational policies, educates patients and families about recovery, and adapts care to maximize therapeutic benefit and discharge readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Physical Therapy (Required) or Masters Degree, Physical Therapy (Required) or Doctoral Degree (Required)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (VDHP)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (within 30 Days)
