Create and implement individualized treatment plans to restore and enhance patient performance. Collaborate with other disciplines to meet full patient needs and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and long-term success. Work 1–3 shifts per week with no minimum hour requirement across multiple practice settings in Colorado Springs, with options for full-time roles.
