Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) position at Southwood Healthcare Center in Terre Haute, IN. In-house team member providing evaluation, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans, supervision for PTAs, and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings to improve resident outcomes. Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities to work at multiple centers within CommuniCare Rehab's network. Requires PT degree (AT least Bachelor’s) from an accredited program and an active or pending State PT license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
