Provide PRN Physical Therapy services to residents at Cedars Healthcare Center; responsibilities include evaluating and screening patient charts, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising PTAs, leading interdisciplinary meetings, and delivering staff and family education. Opportunity to work across multiple centers within the CommuniCare Rehab network; requires Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active or pending state license.
