Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) role at Martinsburg Healthcare Center involves evaluating and screening residents, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising PTAs, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings. The PT will educate the care team and families about the plan of care, optionally work across multiple centers, and contribute to resident quality of life in a post-acute/long-term care setting. Requires an accredited PT degree and an active/pending state PT license; experience in rehabilitation within skilled nursing or long-term care environments is implied by the role responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
