PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

PRN Physical Therapist (PT) at Clarksburg Healthcare Center. Evaluate, review, and screen residents’ medical charts and physician-ordered evaluations; develop and implement a treatment plan in accordance with patient needs; provide direct treatment and supervise PTAs; participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff/family education on the plan of care. Opportunity to work at multiple centers as an in-house team member, supporting a broad spectrum of resident needs. A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, along with a valid or pending state Physical Therapy license. The role emphasizes therapy delivery, collaboration with rehab team, and ongoing professional development within a post-acute care/long-term care environment.
