Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist (PT) at Columbus Healthcare Center within CommuniCare Rehab family. The role involves evaluating and screening patient/resident medical charts, developing and implementing treatment plans per physician orders, supervising PTAs, and presenting findings in interdisciplinary meetings plus staff and family education. Opportunities to work across multiple centers and contribute to high-quality, person-centered care in a post-acute/long-term care setting. Qualifications include a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) and a valid or pending state PT license. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
