PRN Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote a collaborative environment while building relationships to enhance the patient experience. Communicate clearly, take initiative for professional growth, and remain accountable for performance. This role supports a 443-bed, full-service acute care hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties. The team includes a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, a Level III Trauma Center, and specialized units for behavioral health and addiction recovery.
