PRN Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients using evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly and building relationships to promote a collaborative environment. Maintain accountability for performance and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience.
