Physical Therapist for Home Health (PRN) serving Southern Ohio. Evaluate and treat patients as ordered by a physician; develop and implement personalized plans of care; educate and support patients and caregivers; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; supervise PTAs and aides per state regulations; maintain accurate, timely documentation; engage in ongoing education and team meetings; mileage reimbursement provided; flexible weekday schedule with minimal weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 2–4 years of experience preferred
