PRN - Physical Therapist

Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning. Provide direct and indirect care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience. Maintain clear communication, build relationships for a collaborative environment, and take initiative for professional growth. This PRN role requires a minimum of two weekend days monthly with a valid Texas license and one year of licensed experience.
