Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. Responsibilities include guiding Physical Therapy Assistants, maintaining compliance with certification and licensure standards, and possessing a thorough understanding of Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license required
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
