Job Summary
Provide and direct physical therapy services to residents with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication under physicians' orders. Deliver care across multiple levels of care including apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and adult day services for a population of approximately 400 residents. We welcome seasoned therapists and new graduates, offering mentorship to support your growth as a therapist.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license

- One year of experience as a PT
