Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and apply current Functional Pathways policies and clinical program knowledge to therapy disciplines. Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Maintain an active state license and demonstrate strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills. This role supports The Cedars of Chapel Hill Life Plan Community in delivering resident-centered therapy services within a close-knit, values-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
