Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care for residents under physician supervision. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants while managing daily therapy delivery within the retirement community. Maintain current licensure and adhere to Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs. Complete all required screenings and certifications as applicable to the location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
