Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist provides Medically prescribed physical therapy to improve strength, range of motion, endurance and coordination; conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments; develops and revises a plan of care with patient/family; applies standard PT techniques; supervises physical therapy assistants, students and support staff; works 8:00am–4:30pm with two weekend days per month and as-needed weekdays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or certificate from Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
