Job Summary
Deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions by providing and directing physical therapy services. Conduct assessments, treatment, program planning, and implementation while managing related documentation and communication under physicians' orders. Serve residents across apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and adult day services at the Bethany campus in Ripon, California. This role welcomes both seasoned experienced PTAs and new grads to join Infinity Rehab's therapy management team.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Current state licensure
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience as a PTA
