Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist Assistant providing geriatric rehabilitation within a senior living community. Implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and physician, in a professional and competent manner, while upholding quality of care. Requires an Associate degree in a PTA program, active state license, and adherence to Functional Pathways policies and procedures. Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with the therapy team to support resident-centered care. Location: Otterbein Middletown SeniorLife Community, Middletown, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution
- Active state license required
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure per location
