Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, creating a comforting atmosphere that supports meaningful relationships with residents and families. Join a structured 9-month mentorship program to develop clinical and leadership skills within a supportive environment. Requires a current Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license and a passion for geriatric nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
