PRN-Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens, enter patient data accurately, process billing, and prepare samples for analysis. Maintain patient logs, handle administrative duties, and travel to additional sites as needed. Work Saturdays 7am–11:30am and Monday through Friday on an as-needed variable schedule, with a maximum of 19 hours weekly. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months experience as a phlebotomist
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
