Job Summary
Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse provides for pediatric patients in a high-acuity ED setting during night shifts. Responsibilities include triage of life-threatening conditions, assisting physicians with exams, diagnostic testing, and treatments; administering and documenting prescribed medications; and educating and supporting pediatric patients' family members. Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure quality pediatric emergency care.
