Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement patient care plans for infusion therapies including chemotherapy, hydration, blood products, and other medications via peripherally inserted central catheters. Monitor patients for condition changes, document findings, and notify physicians or supervisors as needed. Educate patients on the procedure and aftercare protocols.
