Job Summary
Administer prescribed chemotherapy and biologic treatments, hydration, and iron injections while monitoring patient compliance with oral medications. Access ports, start IVs, and oversee infusion schedules to maintain timely patient flow. Provide therapeutic phlebotomy and educate patients and families regarding medication side effects. Requires Idaho RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card. Starting pay is $38/hour. Located in Northern or Southern Idaho, this role offers flexible PRN opportunities within a patient-focused clinic dedicated to oncology and hematology care.
Required Qualifications
- Idaho RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Compassionate and caring bedside manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work extremely well in a group setting
