Job Summary
PRN on-the-road Registered Nurse for Rise Up Homecare. In-home RN assessments, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and education for CNAs/Home Health Aides. Responsibilities include maintaining home health equipment and inventory, addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, and managing medications. Also includes maintaining staff attendance records and providing in-field support and education to the care team.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Florida
- Current Florida Driver's License with auto insurance
- TB test results
- CPR Certification
- CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia
- A level II background screening
