Job Summary
A Path of Care Home Health is hiring a PRN On-call Registered Nurse to conduct patient assessments and develop care plans in a home health care setting. Candidates must have an active RN license in Oklahoma and at least one year of nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- CPR certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of being hired
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Ability to travel long distances and adapt to frequently changing schedules
