PRN-Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily living and work activities. Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts comprehensive evaluations, and provides evidence-based interventions with documentation. Mentors new staff and students, ensures compliant billing documentation, collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team, and maintains a safe, organized clinical environment. The role supports mentoring and orientation for OT staff, maintains regular attendance, and adheres to all policies and standards. The position requires 1-3 years of clinical OT experience and a state-licensed OT-Registered credential with BCLS, in a hospital or rehabilitation facility setting. Part-time, on-call shift with priority on patient-centered care and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- OT - Occupational Therapist – Registered issued by the state regulatory board required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
