Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients by establishing timely treatment plans for their specific needs and empowering them to exceed functional outcomes through self-care management and activities of daily living. Communicate and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on daily routines while demonstrating a positive connection with fellow clinicians and community partners. Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best and most evidenced-based practice for all patients.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program
- State Licensure in occupational therapy
- Registered with NBCOT
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
