Job Summary
Synergy Care is seeking a qualified PRN Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. The candidate must have graduated from an accredited OT program or be graduating within the next six months. A valid NBCOT certification and a state license eligibility are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Current or eligible for a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant
