Job Summary
Synergy Care is seeking a qualified PRN Occupational Therapist/OT for an outpatient clinic and assisted living/memory care community. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or soon to graduate, hold NBCOT certification, and have or be eligible for a valid state license. Part-time employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant or will graduate within six months
- Hold valid NBCOT certification
- Currently hold or eligible for valid state license as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care Community
- Experience in SNF settings
