Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a PRN (part-time) role in an outpatient Assisted Living/Independent Living/Memory Care Community. Candidates must be graduates from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or graduating within six months, hold a valid NBCOT certification, and have or be eligible for state licensure.
Required Qualifications

- Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
