Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist at Chamberlin Healthcare Center across locations. Perform resident evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, provide direct treatment and supervise COTAs, lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to rehab team, and educate families. Opportunity to treat residents in multiple locations, contributing to a high-quality, person-centered care environment within a national post-acute care provider.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
