Job Summary
PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) provides occupational therapy services at Beckley Healthcare Center as an in-house team member. Responsibilities include evaluating residents' occupational needs, developing and implementing treatment plans per physician orders, providing supervision for COTAs, leading/interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings, and contributing to care continuity across multiple locations. The role emphasizes direct patient treatment and staff education within a post-acute/long-term care setting, supporting residents’ quality of life and functional independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program
- valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License
Desired Qualifications
- master's degree in occupational therapy
- licensed occupational therapist
- state licensure or eligibility in WV
- PRN/part-time clinical role
- experience in post-acute care or long-term care settings
