Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (PRN) needed at Fort Sanders TCU in Knoxville, TN to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Requires OT degree from an accredited program and active state license with licensure/certification per state and national boards. Strong organizational and time management skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with Functional Pathways policies and procedures; position supports rehabilitation within a leading skilled nursing facility offering short-term and long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
- Working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
