Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to established plans of care as supervised by the Physician. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure per Functional Pathways policies. This PRN role supports residents at Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA, focusing on enhancing well-being through compassionate care and rehabilitation services within a dedicated professional team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
