Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care for residents under physician supervision. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure as mandated by state and national board associations. Ensure compliance with Functional Pathways policies and procedures while demonstrating excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
