Job Summary
Conduct direct, consultative, and supportive diagnostic and therapeutic occupational therapy services in accordance with AOTA, NBCOT, HIPAA, and Bancroft policies. Perform assessments, administer standardized testing, and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance learning and meet rehabilitation needs. Provide direct treatment, group sessions, and adaptive equipment recommendations to promote independence and functional skills. Schedule sessions, document progress reports, and train staff on therapy strategies. Non-exempt PRN role at Bancroft Outpatient Program in Plainsboro, NJ, at $58/hr. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, NJ licensure, and NBCOT registration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration by the National Board of Occupational Therapy
- current licensing by the State of New Jersey
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of work experience in occupational therapy
