Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a nursing home setting. Responsibilities include planning and managing patient care, acting as the eyes/ears of RNs and Physicians, performing ongoing assessments of vital signs, administering and monitoring medications and dressing changes, supervising nursing assistants, addressing care-plan issues, and administering IV medications/fluids and managing IV lines. Shift options include AM or PM. Location: Jackson, NC. This role requires current LPN licensure and involves leadership of a nursing team and direct patient-care duties in a long-term care environment.
