PRN Nursing Assistant

Nursing Assistant in a PRN role providing age-appropriate care under RN supervision; performs admissions documentation, turns patients every 2 hours, assists with activities and ambulation, supports personal hygiene (showering, bathing, shaving, oral care, perianal-care, catheter care), records vital signs, and conducts hourly rounds to promote patient safety and satisfaction. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and CNA certification; BLS preferred and to be completed within 90 days.
