Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical therapy operations by greeting patients, obtaining vitals, administering Spravato and other medications, and ensuring correct patient identification. Monitor and assess physical and mental status throughout the stay, review screener results, and provide clear education on treatments. Maintain accurate documentation, manage controlled substance inventory, and ensure clinic prep and supply levels are adequate for the next shift. Collaborate with physicians on new patient intakes and discharge planning while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Requires an active RN or LPN license with psychiatric experience; Spravato exposure is a huge plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- RN or LPN
- 1+ year of experience in a related clinical position
- Current/active state license
- Current BLS certification
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with an EMR/EHR
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
- Medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Understanding of documentation standards
- Understanding of basic laboratory procedures including preparation and screening
- Exposure and understanding of mental health disorders and management for treatment
- Knowledge of infectious disease management and control and safety standards
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in nursing
- EXPERIENCE with Spravato treatments desired or open to train
