Job Summary
PRN RN or LPN needed to support patient care across inpatient and specialty areas. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with care teams to ensure quality and continuity of care. Respond to urgent patient needs and changing conditions; provide education and support to patients and families. Work areas include Emergency, ICU, Medical/Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care. Flexible shifts required; PRN commitment with a minimum of 5 shifts per quarter, plus 1 weekend shift per quarter and 1 holiday shift per year.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
- PRN Commitment
- 5 shifts per quarter minimum
- 1 weekend shift per quarter
- 1 holiday shift per year
