PRN Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
Provide direct, onsite patient care services and occupational care for workplace injuries, including conducting histories, physical examinations, and prescribing medications. Collaborate with the client, nursing staff, and operations teams to execute clinic protocols, formularies, and emergency plans under state regulations. Assist with drug screenings and respirator fit testing while offering consultation and clinical guidance to additional staff. Maintain current CPR/AED/BLS certification and proficiency with database systems. This role requires 1st shift coverage Monday through Friday and is for a Nurse Practitioner authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Board Certification
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice location
- Not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or to any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction
- Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs
- CPR/AED/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa
