PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Urgent & Primary Care

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and senior populations. Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and provide preventive care while documenting encounters accurately in the EMR. Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care, lead clinic teams in delivering excellent service, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA. Travel to Urgent & Primary Care Clinics across Northeast Arkansas with mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- MSN, DNP, MPAS, DMSc, or equivalent advanced degree
- Active, unencumbered state license
- Nurse Practitioners must be permitted to treat all age groups, from infant to geriatric, as per their board specialty, such as Family Nurse Practitioner
- DEA and BLS certification
- DOT certification
- Strong interpersonal communication and knowledge of clinical practice standards
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
